Dawn Rider-Carter, Director of Marketing and Operations — Dawn has over 17 years of experience in healthcare staffing. She has been a regional manager for a large public staffing company as well as instrumental in starting several smaller, private medical staffing companies — including Advantage RN and Advantage Locums. She has strong hospital sales and account management experience as well as recruiting and leadership experience. She's an innovative thinker who enjoys the challenges of growing a business from the grass roots level.
Matt Price, President and CEO — Matt's 30+ years of experience includes employment in companies ranging in size from $5 million to $15 billion as well as an owner of several businesses in a variety of industries. Under his leadership at Advantage RN, the company has achieved an average annual growth rate of over 40%; 2008 revenues were $48+ million. Matt has been with Advantage RN since 2004. He holds both BS and MBA degrees.
