Milan Boulette, Director — Milan has over 11 years experience in the physician locum tenens and permanent staffing industry. Milan is a firm believer in leading by example. Through his hard work and determination he grew from Recruiting Consultant to Regional Vice President for one of the Nation’s largest locum tenens firms within 4 years. The last 5 years of his tenure with this firm he held the position of Division Vice President of Recruiting and Scheduling for the West Region Office in Salt Lake City. During his tenure the office grew from 20 to 50+ employees with revenues exceeding $38 million at its peak in 2008. Milan joined Advantage Locums in search of new challenges and new opportunities for personal and professional growth. As Director he is responsible for day to day operations of the locum tenens business. Keeping true to his belief in leading by example, he continues to manage his own book of business running a full production desk comprised of sales, account management, and recruiting.
Matt Price, President and CEO — Matt's 30+ years of experience includes employment in companies ranging in size from $5 million to $15 billion as well as an owner of several businesses in a variety of industries. Under his leadership at Advantage RN, the company has achieved an average annual growth rate of over 40%; 2008 revenues were $48+ million. Matt has been with Advantage RN since 2004. He holds both BS and MBA degrees.
